They can be used to support you and help you stay connected to your body, promote your body’s ability to heal and give you new strategies to navigate the times we live in.

Each week, a new recording will be shared that will be a full workshop that will teach you strategies to work better with your body. This one includes how to find the resources of ease and peace in your body, and how to use these connections to shift your body out of the stress response (also know as the fight-flight response)
